Domaine François Mikulski Bourgogne Blanc, 2022 Sicily Pair it with pork chopsThis wine is made of 100% Chardonnay. The grapes come from vines around 25 years of age on four separate plots in Mersault. Two thirds of the juice is fermented in large oak, 10% of which is new oak, with the remaining third of juice being fermented in tank. The wine sings with a balance of crystalline pure fruit and texture from the oak, and would be a lovely pairing with crab cakes and roasted potatoes with lemon, thyme, and oregano. Franois
