Pauline Collin comes from a long line of growers in the high elevation village of Ludes; after stints at Krug and Ruinart and alongside her husband Raphael Bereche, she began reclaiming her family's finest old vine parcels to farm, vinify, and bottle herself under the credo of one wine, one terroir, one vintage.
