A very interesting, complex nose, in which we find aromas flowers, white, minty and peppery fruits which accompany more pastry notes of brioche, yeast, rye bread. Very complex. In the mouth, the eau de vie covers the entire palate and reveals a beautiful freshness dominated by the spices (peppers), fresh mint, violet. Still very complex on the palate. Very final long.
